Stopped in and get our picture. Can’t say enough about how good Chip and Joanna did with this place. It’s very well put together. Lots of neat things to see lots of food vendors. Lots of little shops. Coffee shop is excellent. Trust me I’ve got 20 million views on Google and top 10% in the country when I say this is worth a stop not to mention all the cool things downtown.

I absolutely loved this place!! I am a huge Chip and Joanna/Fixer Upper Fan and coming here was everything I hoped it would be and so much more! I truly believe it is fun for the whole family... so clean and as you would well know everything is so perfectly and beautifully decorated. So many unexpected surprises here... all the food trucks were not only so unexpected but what fabulous choices! The picnic tables, the small baseball field and corn hole games provide activity for those who don't want to shop the entire time!! This place in itself would have made our trip to Texas worth it!!

This was a beautiful photo op location with plenty of eating options and shopping. You can spend time with family just relaxing at the picnic tables. Their candles smell beautifully and their cupcakes taste great! We also had a refreshing iced tea in glass mason jars that added a true southern charm to the experience. I would recommend visiting this place. Bring the entire family to place that’s wholesome.

Great family-friendly spot to spend a few hours. There were lots of parents and kids out playing kickball and softball, plenty of food trucks to choose from, and the restrooms were clean. The only thing that would make it better is having an alcohol vendor on site.

Growing up watching Chip and Joanna Gaines on TV, we knew Waco, Texas had to be one of the “must stops” on our USA road trip and Magnolia Market absolutely lived up to that. It felt so nostalgic, even though we had never been there before. I’ve spent the last few years using Joanna’s cookbook (which is amazing), and it really inspired my love of baking. Her storytelling with each recipe has given me such an appreciation for cooking and sharing meals with my family, so being here felt extra special. We started with coffee and explored the grounds. One of the place settings at Magnolia Home had “Welcome Mr. Arthur” written on it, which is our name, so it felt coincidentally personal. The green space was incredible for our boys, the whole atmosphere felt like being welcomed by family. You can tell it was created to gather people, and you really feel that warmth while you’re there. We even have a framed photo of our kids playing with the sign “Everyone has a story to tell” behind them to remember the day. We grabbed lunch from the food trucks, all trying something different, enjoying what other businesses in Waco had to offer. And of course, we had to end our visit at the bakery wit
